Why use this template
Every operations team that runs PO-based fulfillment has the same loop: the row says 'shipped,' but you can't tell the customer when until the vendor confirms carrier and ETA. The follow-up email is wasted overhead. The template sends a single row link with two editable fields (carrier dropdown, tracking number) and one free-text ETA notes field — the vendor clicks once, the row updates, the customer hears back.

What the recipient sees but cannot change. Provides context without exposing edit-side data.
