Why use this template
Some workflows need the recipient to propose, not commit. Quote acceptance, contract amendments, sensitive data corrections. The template ships in review mode — the recipient's edits land in a pending queue, you see the diff side-by-side with the current row, and the write only fires when you accept. Same row, same audit log, but with an approval gate.
Read-only context
What the recipient sees but cannot change. Provides context without exposing edit-side data.
