Why use this template
Freelancers under-report or over-report when the friction is high. A row-scoped link sent each Friday at 4 PM, addressed to one project and one week, gets a faster, cleaner reply than asking them to log into a tool they use once a week. Their submission becomes the row of truth for billing.
