Why use this template
Field teams don't open laptops to update sheets. They check their phone, they tap once. The template ships a two-field form (status select + notes) designed for one-handed entry on a 5-inch screen. Pair the link delivery with SMS through your normal flow and the status update lands in the database the moment the work finishes — without any 'I'll do it when I'm back in the office' lag.
