Your Privacy Choices
This page is a plain-language summary of the privacy choices available to you when you use RowRouter. The full details are in the Privacy Policy; this page highlights the controls and explains how to exercise them.
Sale or sharing of personal information
RowRouter does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Because there is no sale or sharing, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link to click — there is nothing to opt out of on those grounds.
Sensitive personal information
RowRouter does not Process sensitive personal information for any purpose that would trigger a right to limit under CCPA/CPRA §1798.121. Account email, billing metadata, and audit-log entries are not treated as sensitive categories. The contents of records you choose to expose through a row link are controlled by you; you should not configure the Service to expose categories of data you do not want Processed (for example, government IDs, precise geolocation, or health information).
Cookies and tracking
RowRouter uses one strictly-necessary first-party cookie (rr_session) to keep Operators signed in. There are no advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or session-replay tools. Because consent-based cookies are not used, no consent banner is presented. Recipients do not receive any cookies.
Marketing email
RowRouter sends only transactional email (sign-in links, billing receipts, security and incident notices). We do not run a marketing email program. If we introduce one in the future, it will be opt-in and include an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You have the right, depending on where you live, to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you;
- Receive a copy in a portable format;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete information, subject to legal/operational exceptions;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority;
- Designate an authorized agent to make a CCPA/CPRA request on your behalf.
How to exercise a right
Email privacy@rowrouter.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or use the contact page. To verify your request we will, at minimum, require that you write from the email address associated with your Operator account; for requests from a different address (or for an authorized agent) we may ask for additional information sufficient to link the request to data we hold.
We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days for GDPR/UK GDPR, and within 45 days for CCPA/CPRA (extendable by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, on notice). We do not charge a fee for the first request in any 12-month period, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Recipients of row links
If you received a row-scoped edit link from a RowRouter Operator, the Operator is the controller of the underlying record. To exercise rights against that record, contact the Operator first — their email is shown on the link page. You can also write to support@rowrouter.com for questions about RowRouter itself.
